- Uploaded Documents: When you upload a PDF or document, the text content is extracted locally on your device and transmitted securely via HTTPS to OpenAI’s API solely for generating document summaries, risk highlights, and insights.
- Data Retention: We do not store, archive, or sell the contents of your uploaded contracts on external servers. OpenAI’s processing adheres to their enterprise API data policies, meaning data sent via the API is not used to train AI models.
- Local Storage: Your scan history and analysis results remain stored locally on your device’s SQLite database and can be cleared at any time.
2. Payments & Third-Party Services
- In-App Purchases: All billing, subscriptions, and one-time purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not collect, process, or store credit card details or financial credentials.
